Best haircut I’ve ever gotten for my head and face shape. Cassie is an artist! The whole experience was so positive. Cassie is upbeat without being overwhelming in energy, the conversation is as light or as intelligent as you lead it to be. It was so casual, but the way she worked so quickly and deftly while talking with me about current events and my life was like sitting in the chair of a friend of multiple decades. I’ll be going back. Break out your wallet because this woman is WORTH THE COIN.

If you have 3b-4c curly hair, this is not the salon for you. I booked a wash & go because I just got back from a trip where I lost my luggage with my hair products. When I booked she told me it would take less time if I came with it detangled but never told me it was required. Everyone with curly hair knows how hard it is to detangle dry hair so I would’ve had to wash & condition my hair at home which is also in my suitcase. When I get there, she finger detangles my hair DRY and I told her it is easier to detangle when it is wet with conditioner. She washes my hair & tries to finger detangle again. I asked “do you not have a detangle brush?” She replies that she is using a comb because she doesn’t have a brush. Using a small tooth comb for my thick/long 3c hair took TWO hours of her pulling my hair in a shampoo bowl and she had the nerve to charge me an additional fee. How do you promote yourself as a natural/curly hair salon & you don’t know how to care for black women hair. I usually go to curly hair salons that KNOWS what they’re doing @cabacurls or @faithncurls so I know what to expect at a natural hair salon. This experience was absolutely HORRIBLE.

I would love to review on a haircut but they were incredibly rude!! Called to see how much a haircut would cost and the lady I spoke to totally dismissed me and told me “Call Plum, they’ll be able to help you.” Then immediately hung up on me.

Finally found a great salon and a great stylist for naturally curly hair. My cut and style was amazing! Robin was my stylist and she did a great job with my hair! She also was very impressive with the education she gave me on the products and how to style my hair at home. It made it very easy to return home and have my hair looking like I stepped out of the salon over and over again. Overall it was a great experience with Robin and Capri Salon! Everyone has said how much they loved my cut and style! I will definitely recommend anyone to stop by and try it out for themselves.

After years of blowing my curls straight, I decided to just go with them. I have a variety of curl types, so it can be a bit challenging. I searched for someone for a long time and tried several other “curl cutters” before I found Robin. I never thought my curls were a good professional look, but Robin always makes them look amazing and teaches me how to control the frizz. Not only does she give me a great cut, my color is always amazing. If you’re a curly girl, do not hesitate to go see Robin!
