What a gem of a place! I initially went to Nailed It, a nice looking nail salon across the street, but it was empty and locked up at 5pm, even though all the posted hours showed that it should’ve been open. They put cards with a phone number outside the door and when I called it, the Capri Nail Salon answered, so maybe it’s owned by the same person? Anyway, I went to Capri Nail Salon and got a mani-pedi. Such a lovely experience! They don’t seem really rushed, taking time for a nice massage and did a great job on the nail painting, all for a very reasonable price! ($40 Pedi includes callous removal and 10-min massage; $20 for Mani) While my manicure was drying, I opted for a 10-min shoulder massage for an extra $10, which was worth it! I don’t live in this area anymore (just visiting this week) but will definitely visit this place again next time I’m in town.

Critical: QualityMy nails were cut too short, not shaped at all and all weird shapes not unison at all. On top of that they were super clumpy that I had to ask the lady to re due a nail but she argue w me and tried to tell me she buffed it out when it obviously needed to be redone. My gel pedicure set is sooo good. Plus the guys (I forgot their names) were super friendly with me and my coworker! I went back the next day on my lunch break and got a full set with gel color…..in under an hour!! It’s not the best job I’ve ever had, but I had an hour and the nails are still great. This is going to be my go to spot from now on. Oh, and they are very serious about COVID guidelines.

To me the technician is more important then the salon. I have my manicure and pedicure at Capri Nails. In the case of the technician who does my pedicure I would follow her to the moon. My nail technician gives 100% to please me. I find the prices comparable to other salons in the area and the customer service to be fine.

Went here to get just a pedicure and was very over priced, $65 to be exact. This is the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The guy who did my pedicure couldn’t understand what I was saying and I couldn’t understand what he was saying at all. I asked for a snowflake design on my 2 big toes and he literally just put a bunch of diagonal lines on them that wasn’t even close to a snowflake whatsoever! What was horrible was that he pushed in and cut my cuticle on my left big toe and he kept putting this clear solution over my toes over and over which seeped in my cuticle and stung and hurt like crazy. I’m probably going to get a cuticle infection because of how badly he injured my cuticle. (Will update if I get an infection.) The lady who priced out my visit was so nit-picky about pricing every little thing it was so annoying and I was fed up. I’m so disappointed and sad about my pedicure, I hate it so much. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
