All stylists are friendly and well trained. I went to Lori for 2 years and received great hair cuts in the form of short stacked bobs and pixies. I stopped going here because of difficulty with getting appointments for cuts without waiting during another client’s color. The last four times I had to wait 20-30 minutes to get a shampoo by different people and another 20-25 minutes for Lori to spend 15 minutes cutting and drying my hair. If you have the time I would definitely recommend any of the stylists here.

The customer service and personal experience has become sub par and don’t expect a relaxing and pampering experience. They do not have transparency with their pricing, they schedule tightly so you’re rushed and flip flop between you and another client. So your stylist does not focus on you during your whole time. You don’t get that lovely head massage during washes, blow drying is an add on regardless of getting color or highlights. You do not get the quality you would expect for the prices you pay. Their lack of genuine concern for happy clients is apparent. The owner was dismissive and lacks the care of responsibility for good service. Makes a ton of excuses. I asked for a full refund and to no longer be a client. I was denied the refund so I paid for a service that was poorly executed and full of excuses. I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

I’m new to the Cheshire area and found this salon through some searches and decided to try it out. I spoke with the owner Patty B and had her style my hair for the first time. She really has an art for styling your look to match your style and has a team of very committed and passionate people. I always feel welcome and when I arrive, they know my name and treat me like a guest. It’s always busy and Patty is very busy, so definitely book your appointment in advance and you’ll be sure to have a great experience and artistic style.

I absolutely love this place! Friendly and welcoming yet totally professional! Lori has styled me from the time I had long hair thru my transition to my current crop of short and sassy! I’m always experimenting with color and Lori is super creative and accommodating. I only have wonderful things to say!!!
