I’ve been going to Capozzi for many years now and I can’t overstate how wonderful (and consistent!) my experiences have been. The owner Ralph is not only an exceptional and passionate hair dresser/stylist but also a great business owner. He is always reinvesting into his business whether it’s upgrading new technology or doing entire store makeovers every couple of years. I genuinely look forward to my haircuts and they are always accommodating and find times that will work with my busy schedule despite the fact that their bookings fill up fast. I have also had my hair cut by others at Capozzi including Nilda, who is also an exceptional employee of the company and a very warm person. The staff is friendly and polite and they always make you feel valued and special. The girls who wash your hair offer complementary scalp massages with scents of your choice, so relaxing! I usually bring photos with me of the look I’m going for and I can’t think of a single time I left unhappy with the result. They also offer you complimentary tea or lattes while you are waiting. Considering the prices they charge, this contributes to the amazing value Capozzi has to offer. I do not often write reviews but I feel strongly that you will not regret your decision to give them a try. Don’t hesitate, you simply can’t go wrong!

Been getting my hair done here for about 3 years now and love this little salon! Claire does an excellent job on my glaze, cuts and blowouts. Everyone in the salon is really friendly, it’s clean, plenty of parking in the back, and can sometimes accommodate last minute appointments. Highly recommend Blowouts, Haircut, Gloss or Glaze

I am absolutely over the moon about the haircut and blowout from Danielle today. I just moved to the area and was desperate to find a place that could fix my hair from a previous cut somewhere else that resulted in major heat damage and uneven layers. I don’t even know how Danielle was able to get my hair to look as good as she did. She’s a MIRACLE WORKER. From the moment I called, I was anticipating a great experience. The salon manager provided all the information needed up front including all pricing details (most salons don’t do that), so I knew what to expect. I appreciated that so much. Everyone there was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. Already booked my next appointment. Highly, highly reccomend.

I did a lot of research regarding “curly hair cuts” prior to booking with Ralph and it paid off! Before anything occurred, Ralph spoke with me about my curly hair, and what I needed my hair to do! We discussed the ability to pull my hair back was important to me both from a styling aspect as well as for working out, etc. He also discussed my bone structure of my face, the best products for my hair and even how to dry my hair with a T-shirt! (Which I do now). Everyone at the salon was very nice and even though it was a busy Saturday, I felt like I was the only one at the salon. I don’t know how he does it! My hair cut looks fantastic! I can’t wait to go back for a trim! Thank you.

I just got my hair done by Ralph and OMG, I LOVE it!!! It’s so hard to find a hairdresser who takes the time to really pays attention to the cut and color that is geared to work for YOU. I did a consult and he made a small suggestion that was a bit out of my comfort zone but what a small yet significant difference it made to the look of the color! Made my blonde look blonder and my eyes pop. He also really took his time cutting my hair. I told him not much off the ends, he didn’t take much off the ends! Not scissor happy which is amazing. He truly is an artist at his profession and I am so happy I found a hairdresser that really invest his time and energy so that my hair looks perfect. The vibe in the salon is amazing too. Very sweet and down to earth, everyone clearly works as a team and one big family. I was offered so many beverages too; coffee, tea, water, cappuccino ( which I had and was actually amazing).. list goes on. They really want their client to be comfortable and relaxed. So sweet to their clients and to each other. Can’t say enough nice things about Ralph’s talent and the loveliness of the salon.

After a terrible experience at a salon in another state that ruined my hair, Capozzi & Co was the ONLY salon to make the time to see me for an evaluation the same day I called. I recently moved to the area and only went to Capozzi & Co. once before, so I was not a “regular customer”. The fact they were able to see me so quickly at no charge spoke volumes to me. My stylist, Colleen evaluated my hair and recommended a treatment that proved to be helpful. But even if it didn’t help I would go back to this salon and Colleen in the future. Talented and caring the best way I can describe Colleen and the rest of the staff at Capozzi & Co. Saying “Thank you” doesn’t seem enough.
