She did a thorough exam and treated a couple of things with liquid nitrogen that she thought needed attention. She explained what she was doing, all the time in a pleasant and professional way. I highly do NOT recommend this place for lip fillers. I had the absolute worst experience ever, from the first appointment to the last one. During my first appointment, while I was sitting in the patient treatment room (with numbing ointment on my lips) right next to the receptionist room, the nurse was talking about me on the other side of the wall. She spoke how I was very nervous, etc to another employee. During the treatment, the doctor asked the nurse “Should I give her a little pout?” literally while having a needle in his hand. This was the most unprofessional place and experience I have ever had. My lips still remain uneven and now they refuse to even dissolve them and fix their own mistakes.
