Was looking for a few nail salon since I moved away from the previous one. I walked in and was rudely asked “you have appointment”. I said no and was told “we only do appointment”. And she walked away. Was never offered if I wanted one or even how to do it if online. I just walked out. Business lost for them.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueSo this place apparently ONLY has gel polish. They don’t do any regular polish at all not even if you bring your own. So for a simple pedicure and manicure they are charging $75 because they force you to get gel. I have never in my life heard of a nail salon forcing you to get gel polish. So for a simple pedicure and manicure they are charging $75 because they force you to get gel. I have never in my life heard of a nail salon forcing you to get gel polish. Don’t get me wrong the end results are great but they are very overpriced and last time I got my nails done they had my cuticles BLEEDING from how aggressive they were being along with giving my the wrong color I had wanted. Nail art, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

I love , love , love this nail salon. Compared tp others i have been too ( primarily in D.C.) i love them. They are patient, detailed to your nails, clean , and by far one of the best. They have 4 workers in total amd sometimes it can be a wait of there really busy. But i won’t go to another nail shop but them. Due to the commute for me, ive been months without my nails done because EVERY time i try a new random salon, its always disappointing and a waste of money, smh. So yep, i really like them, four workers and all, lol

This place is the worse never techs available they take who they want one day it’s appointment only the next day it’s only 1 person working it’s horrible on top of that their attitude put the icing on the cake it’s like a private own nail salon so they make their own rules PLEASE STAY AWAY the service is not worth ur money
