Critical: QualityNice place. Great stylists except I scheduled to get my hair done with someone specific and they placed me with a girl who just started to give her a client. I like my hair done a specific way and I was very clear on that. Long story short my hair looks terrible I sat there for 3 hours and my color looks like I didn’t even get it done. Not returning! Next time don’t give a client to a new person just because you feel bad for them!!Nice place. Nice place. Great stylists except I scheduled to get my hair done with someone specific and they placed me with a girl who just started to give her a client. I like my hair done a specific way and I was very clear on that. Long story short my hair looks terrible I sat there for 3 hours and my color looks like I didn’t even get it done. Not returning! I’ve been going to this salon now for several years and always find it to be clean and professional. Friendly, helpful stylists and promptly kept appointments. The only problem I have occasionally (mostly in the summer) is that their air conditioning is kept too cold for me. But since I know this, I just make sure I take a sweater in! Excellent salon I can comfortably give 5 stars.

Went there with no particular stylist or hairdo in mind. Only that I wanted a change and some highlights of some kind. I was given an appointment with Caroline. I am so pleased! She was so sweet, took her time, discussed some ideas and gave me a terrific new style with the perfect highlights. And, two days later, it still looks great and falls right into place.
