Didn’t get the color I wanted during the first run, went in for second visit about a month later to get the correct color because the hair stylist offered it (very sweet of them) but my hair ended up so damaged my hair broke off in the areas I had dyed (1/3 of my hair T-T) I don’t understand why the hair stylist didn’t mention the fact my hair was this damaged to begin with after the first dye and that I should’ve waited a little longer for my hair to strengthen before getting my hair lightened again. I wouldn’t have minded waiting if it meant the integrity of my hair remained, but the hair stylist failed to inform me of that. My mom was disappointed of the work done on my hair and my dad urged me to demand a refund but I went against that as the hair stylist was very sweet and doing sounded too harsh. Basically, it was my first time getting my hair dyed and I thought what took place was very unfortunate and unprofessional of them. Sorry for the long review, I just wanted to share my experience.

I’d get on a plane for Cassidy.I have curly hair that I’d dyed a horrid color and damaged in the process. Cassidy FIXED it and restored my hair. Since then there have been times I’ve gone platinum, brown again, and currently a well-dimensioned honey blonde. Cassidy is a color wiz and always has good and realistic advice about how to achieve certain looks and colors.She chopped off over a foot of my hair and got it to look just how I’d hoped, gave me risky curly bangs which worked out, restored my hair to blonde when I impulsively buy pink or blue wash-ins, and my hair has never felt MORE healthy?! I suppose that’s the products they use at Capelli but I’m so happy my hair is alive despite all I do to it.Cassidy is amazing with color correcting, curly cuts, curly bangs, highlights, toning, and everything else. Keaton is the best. Been going to her for years. Salon is nice, friendly and seems genuine and not uppity. Free WiFi. Only bad thing for those getting cut and color is that parking is difficult and is limited to two hours.
