Critical: ProfessionalismMy hair was blonde when I went in and asked for a balayage. What I got was all black hair with greenish random streaks in it. I called and expressed my dissatisfaction with the results and was met with rudeness and defensiveness and told I had to cut my hair and that’s all she was willing to do. I went to a couple other stylists/colorists for a second professional opinion and both told me that she should have refunded me, it was unacceptable work, and my hair looked horrible. She refused to refund me and treated me very badly. I even had to pay more to have someone fix her mistake but it was too late to get the results I was looking for originally. Worst experience with a salon I’ve ever had and very unprofessional the way she snapped at me and blamed me. My hair was blonde when I went in and asked for a balayage. What I got was all black hair with greenish random streaks in it. I called and expressed my dissatisfaction with the results and was met with rudeness and defensiveness and told I had to cut my hair and that’s all she was willing to do. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueKarmyn was amazing!! She took care of my hair for the day of my wedding and we also did a trial run before hand. She traveled to me the day of my wedding and did a great job on me and my bridesmaids. She is very professional and knows what she is doing!! I had my own hair extensions and she worked on those as well. I have never used hair extensions before but she made me feel so comfortable with them and made me feel beautiful!! If you have a chance to use Karmyn for either just coloring/cutting your hair OR styling your hair for any occasion, I would definitely book her! Karmyn was amazing!! She took care of my hair for the day of my wedding and we also did a trial run before hand. She traveled to me the day of my wedding and did a great job on me and my bridesmaids. She is very professional and knows what she is doing!! I had my own hair extensions and she worked on those as well.
