Critical: ProfessionalismAbsolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had!!! The girl had no clue what she was doing!! It looks like she took kitchen scissors to my hair. I even went back twice so she could “fix it” and she made it even worse! I know there are some great ladies there that do a good job but malia did not!!

I go to school in this town and I had an important event coming up and made an appointment with them to have my hair styled. I asked them if it would be okay if I just got my hair curled and pinned up because I wasn’t for sure if I they would be able to completely get my hair straight being that I am African American I was told yes and given a time to be there. I got hair after freshly washing and flat ironing my hair, I checked in and was told my stylist was running a little late. They looked at me kind of funny as if I wasn’t supposed to be there or if they were shocked that I was. I sat and waited for over an hours and half finally the stylist came in and they pointed me out to her, mind you I’ve been waiting for an hour and half, she looked and didn’t say anything I sat for another 30 minutes and after no one even came and acknowledged me I saw another woman take a seat in her chair and I just left. I’m not going to say it had anything to do with my race because I hope it wouldn’t but I would say it was very unprofessional!
