Lisa at Capelli Salon in Washington rescued me from a hair-catastrophe – which was the result of a distracted/semi-absent stylist in Greenville. That took place a few years ago and I am still grateful for her help that day. Since that time, I have been a loyal customer and have never had a bad experience there. Lisa is an expert with color and color blending and helps me keep my hair happy and healthy.

1st time visit as am new to the area. Requested appt online and heard back right away from owner Lisa (even though it was a Sunday). She arranged for an appt w Amanda and I couldn’t be more pleased. Went in for cut and color and both were spot on. Everyone was very friendly and with Amanda I was in good hands. Even though I won’t be needing it, I was told that if I’m unhappy in any way with the cut or color, I can come back over the next 7 days for a free “repair”. That service being offered without being requested shows how much they stand behind their product.
