Literally the best massage I’ve ever received & I’m so picky with my massages. I like a deep tissue because my back is an absolute mess and I also have a slew of other issues. Autumn took the time to listen and then did some extensive stretching first which helped the massage. Autumn is amazingly knowledgeable and attentive. I go to her every chance I get for a 60 min. Custom full body massage. She always asks what’s strained or needs attention that day. I work physical labor mostly with my back shellfishing and feel 1,000 times better after my sessions with her. She has given me amazing advice on stretching, skin care and sun protection. I drive 45 minutes to see her because I have yet to find a better massage therapist on cape or even in life! Professional, beautiful clean environment and studio!

Autumn was so warm and welcoming, she made me feel very comfortable and secure in such a physically and mentally vulnerable experience. The treatment it’s self was so wonderful and very catering to all of my needs. I have already recommended the rescue room and I can’t wait to come back!

Imagine taking a break in the middle of your day to lounge quietly in a room with soft lighting, on a cozy overstuffed chair, with the subtle smell of lavender surrounding you. Your mind and body ease in to a relaxed state as Autumn massages your head and neck and the next moments of your life are absolutely peaceful. Autumn has created a restorative environment at the Rescue Room in Hyannis and every other week I go visit her for a 15 minute massage to reinvigorate myself in the middle of my work day. It has been so beneficial I now give these treatments out to friends as gifts. I also highly recommend her 1 hour massage and look forward to my 90 minute massage in the coming month to escape the holiday blitz!
