I decided on a whim to get my nails done and had heard really good things about this nail salon! I was so impressed with how clean and professional this salon is. The staff created such friendly environment to pamper yourself in which was so nice after a long day! Jennifer was the nicest nail lady I have ever had and I highly recommend her! My nails have never turned out better and I will be returning to get my nails done by her again!

The poor rating is because my wife and daughter never even got to try out their services. They went in and wanted to know if they could get their nails done and were told there was an hour wait. They said that was fine and would be back before the hour was up. We went somewhere and had a quick drink then walked around a bit. When we came back about 55 minutes later the girls were informed the salon had given someone else there appointments. They were told if they wanted to come back in an hour they would squeeze them in. We thanked them but politely said no. This is no way to run a business and if I ran my business this way I would’ve been out of business decades ago. I wish the owners well but they will never see a dime of our money.

I discovered Cape Cod Nail Co about a year ago. I have never gotten my nails done on a regular basis but now I am at Cape Cod Nail Co. every 2 weeks. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly and the techs really get to know their clients. I appreciate the use of products that are better for the environment and your health. I also like knowing I am supporting a woman-owned small local business. Kaycee is the best! She is so talented and meticulous- And just an all around nice person! My manicures always last me 2 weeks or sometimes a little longer. Pedicures last me about 4-5 weeks. I look forward to my appointment every couple of weeks. Highly recommend!

Was uncomfortable having my foot on nail technician’s knee. Should have better and more comfortable seating along with something other than her knee to place my feet upon while polishing. Also, massage was not even a good foot rub. With tip, an hour pedicure was $87. Was not worth my time or money. Pedicure

This was my first visit to this salon. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My gel Manicure, however, looks like I tried to do it myself. There is polish on my cuticles and on my skin, my cuticles were not cleaned up well and the polish looks uneven in many spots – lighter in some areas than others. I honestly wish it was regular polish so I could just take it off. This was also the most expensive manicure I’ve ever had. Very disappointed.
