Imelda incorporates reflexology in her massages, which I appreciate greatly, since I often treat those as separate offerings. My neck and shoulders are my main issue at the moment since I’m working from home and not into my normal yoga routine. She was able to completely work out my difficult areas and left me feeling rejuvenated and I haven’t been sore all week. Her studio is so clean and peaceful. She’s also got a very fancy air purifier which made the room feel noticeably clean and fresh. Her music selection was so soothing that I felt like I was actually on a vacation!! I had the BEST 90 min. massage of my life! Imelda incorporates reflexology in her massages, which I appreciate greatly, since I often treat those as separate offerings. My neck and shoulders are my main issue at the moment since I’m working from home and not into my normal yoga routine. Imelda provides (real) deep tissue based on my pain tolerance and comfort, for previous chronic sports and accident injury recovery. She has a unique ability to customize each massage to the unique needs you have.
