Overall I liked the atmosphere of the salon while I was there! The technician that did my dip powder did an amazing job, he picked a few colors based off of a picture I showed him and showed me a few samples so I could choose which color I liked best. When it came time for my pedicure the lady acted like she didn’t want to be there and not to mention was falling asleep while massaging my feet. I think she was more relaxed than I was…

Great job on my pink and white nails! They stay busy so I would recommend an appointment, but I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes when I have had to wait. I like Michelle for my nails and waxing!

Had appointment but had to wait 20 minutes; I had time to wait. Great pedicure. After the pedicure the massage was more of a caressing rather than a tissue rub. Twice the price of my usual price (in Virginia) but good experience.

Not only will I never set foot in this place for nail service again but I will also try hard to discourage anyone from going. I was gifted a certificate right before the pandemic so for those reasons and also having small children (could not find time for myself) I was unable to go. Today I was turned away by the owner and she hung up on me stating “yea well the pandemic is over and only honor gift certificates for a year.” So she not only robbed the person who gifted this to me of their money, but there is NO expiration date written in the certificate. Shady business with clearly zero respect for her customers or how to run a business with any kind of integrity

Wrong color on my toes. They justified it by saying it was the same # that I was picked out. Michelle did my nails very quickly, but a good job. However, she nicked my cuticle in the process and when I told her it was bleeding, did not even comment. There was no conversation, not even addressing my concerns. This is supposed to be a “Spa”, not a factory. I was very uncomfortable with the rushed atmosphere. I don’t mind waiting, but I want to be treated well be and I was not. Several other customers expressed the same dissatisfactions during my visit. I am sorry to say that I will have to go elsewhere for my nail services from now on.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!!! I didn’t want to give any stars but this requires me to leave one to summit my my review. This place is unsanitary!!!! This place is HORRIBLE! Not only are the salon work stations filthy I witnessed more than one nail technician dipping clients nails directly into the dipping powder jars & double dipping into the powder containers again and putting them back on the shelf. This is very unsanitary. Those jars are now contaminated and I wouldn’t be surprised if they gave customers bacterial infections! The nail technicians are NOT cleaning their tools sufficiently between customers either. The dipping technique is safe if it is done by clean professionals and the people that work at this salon are not providing a safe or clean environment for their customers.

I went in for a gel powder fill in. I was not told that I was going to have a long wait. After waiting for 2 hours I was finally seen. The gentleman that did my nails did an excellent and thorough job. But when I went to check out I was overcharged. I was charged 20 more dollars than the service would normally cost.
