Critical: Professionalism, QualityWhen I tell you my scalp is throbbing as I write this review! This woman doesn’t know hair health. She pulled my hair so tight my hair follicles started pulling less than two weeks in. My entire head hasbeen hurting since I got it done from her. When she was braiding I kept telling her it was too tight and she told me it needed to be that tight otherwise it wouldn’t last. Honestly, who cares about longevity over edges? I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy to be honest. The least she could have done was offer to at least take the hair out, considering all things. I bought a deal off groupon but still left her a considerable amount of tip after about a week or so when I thought the hair had loosened up. Little did I know a week after that my roots would start falling out. As they say, you get what you pay for. Never again. I will only go to places that are recommended with real reviews and I sholl wouldn’t trust any fake positive reviews coming in tbh.They couldn’t even get my appointment correct initially, nor work the Groupon function. That should have been an orange flag enough. Go with your gut instincts! I went to see another stylist for an opinion and was told to take the hair out as soon as possible because she braided it way too tight.
