Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismVery upset with the service I received. I bought the Groupon package for laser lipo…6 treatments. She did inform me on my first visit that she would be going out of the country close to the end of July for three weeks so she would try to get all of my treatments on before she has to leave. She also told me that with this treatment you cannot skip a week you will need to come weekly for the 6 weeks. I had 4 appts from June 23 until July 15 and she told me she would contact me on arrival back from her vacation and to this day I have not heard one word. Very unhappy and very dissatisfied. Very upset with the service I received. I bought the Groupon package for laser lipo…6 treatments. She did inform me on my first visit that she would be going out of the country close to the end of July for three weeks so she would try to get all of my treatments on before she has to leave. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI booked for laser lipo. My experience was relaxing and I saw immediate results. Candy was helpful and answered all my questions before, during and after. I will definitely be returning for another service!

I left a voice-mail and was never contacted. It was so unprofessional and a waste of my time. Positive: ProfessionalismI had a wonderful experience it been my 1st time getting a Brazilian Wax.Candy was very professional nice and curtious to me when i was there.She aslo practicies cleaniness and COVID protection. So yeah i will be back for more BRAZILIAN WAXES in the future.I highly recommend anyone to go to Candy Spa.
