I scheduled an appointment with Paulina who does an amazing job but she was with another client when I arrived so one of the gentleman did my nails. When he asked which shape I wanted I said squared with a rounded edge. Obviously he does not know how to file nails because this is how my nails look now! I am very particular about how my nails are filed and this is totally unacceptable for a $50 service. I will not be returning.

I just got these nails today and they look nothing like the reference photo. I showed the lady the nails and if she can do them and she said yes, but she kept ignoring the things I was telling her. I told her to maybe use a smaller brush to get the lines skinnier and she didn’t. She kept laughing at me and kept giving me attitude. Never again.

I went there yesterday, and I was very disappointed. I booked a 30 min facial, and it felt like most of my time was spent setting up even though I booked the appointment beforehand. All she did was wash my face, suction, and moisturize. It was very awkward, and very uncomfortable. My back was killing me the entire time laying on their table. Critical: QualityAfter not being taken at another salon for 30+ mins when I had an appointment, I called Candle Day Spa and they said that they could take me. I was grateful for that, however it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I had to get my gel soaked off and the lady was so impatient she took the foils off after only a couple minutes and proceeded to just file the gel off, which she missed several spots and was annoyed when I kept pointing out the polish that was still on my nails. She then was very rough when cutting my cuticles. The polish job was also terrible, it bubbled and she didn’t put the base coat on to cover the color all the way so I have ridges all around my nails. Also, all of my nails are peeling along the sides (the actual nail not the polish). I was grateful for that, however it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. This used to be my go to. I started getting disappointed with my mani/ped , poor quality and overpriced. I stopped going a yr ago . TODAY I decided to give it a chance and take my 3 yr old…they charged 25 dollars for just cutting and painting her nails..by the time we got home they started peeling…! I’m so upset with our service this is unacceptable. I will NOT be going back and am going to try and get my money back.

If I could I would give them a zero star!!!! DO NOT Go there unless you want them to use mAmA acrylic on your nails which you aren’t suppose to use! My nails hurt so BAD and I can’t even remove them!! Stay away from this place unless you want naiks that don’t last or gummy acrylic that destroys your nails!!

Most incredible full service pedicure I have ever had (and I was the manager of a day spa, my standards are high). Don’t pinch pennies, get any of the $65 or more options for the additional services. Included is a neck and shoulder massage while your nails dry!
