Critical: ProfessionalismIncredibly rude and condescending staff. Very disappointed. The sign says walk ins welcome, but was made to feel unwelcome the moment I walked in.No greeting,just a passive aggressive “do you have an appointment?” Even the scheduled client recommended i go to a different shop as he was surprised by the blatant rudeness of the staff .

All the workers r very nice and polite…even though my husband didn’t have an appointment they took him right in while doing my moms hair….we will definitely b using them again!!!!
