If I could give them zero stars I would in a heart beat. They are so misleading. I went in and showed them this picture of what I wanted. The photos following is what I got. Not the same color and a preschool version of something that is very simple for real licensed nail techs to recreate. I was completely disgusted with my nails when I was finished. All my nails were a different size they were not coffin shaped like I asked. Several nails were crooked and when I told them they said thyley would fix it and the proceeded to try and rip off a freshly glued nail tip off my hand. When I pulled away they then tried to push the nail straight as if that would hurt less. The acrylic was lumpy and disgusting. I had 3 different people do my nails and they all had no clue what they were doing. It was my absolute worse experience. That crush around my nail is nail glue from the guy spreading it all over my nail bed then whipping it onto my skin. They need to be shut down honestly. Everyone who was in there with me was so upset and disappointed with the service and experience they got. I really hope they get shut down they shouldn’t be doing nails at all.

Critical: QualityThey rush through your nails and make a lot of mistakes so they can take the next person. They not for costumer satisfaction they only do the nails for the money. Critical: ProfessionalismWent to get my nails “soaked off” and they had the melting wax in front of me but chose to use a metro card and rip each of my acrylic nails off. Walked out with two bleeding nails… will not be coming back here.

I honestly only gave 2 stars for customer service because they’re great at that. The nails come off so easily and they’re very loose by day 5. I went back to do them 2 days after i got them done because two of them had already came off. And it’s annoying because while you’re getting them done there is literally to people over your shoulder watching the person do them.

They changed! Made me wait for over 3 hour and took other customers before me. Have to find a nice nail place in New York again. Sad people should not change when you make a little money cause you will lose your good loyal customers.

This was my first time & I went to the Jamaican lady there & she did my nails horribly!!! One hand is longer than the other coffin shapes are crooked and uneven . She took 2 hours to give me a REGULAR full set and the acrylic is lumpy !! I didn’t even want her to fix it I’ll go to my regular nail tech to fix this !! I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE !!!

Horrible!! Son can’t do nails, lady did one hand son did other ! One was lumpy and different sizes other was lumpy but kind of neat. If I wasn’t in a rush I would of told them to soak it off!! Never again
