I always had high hopes of this place considering I’ve been here hundreds of times, I just came here for my birthday yesterday and asked for a simple manicure and design. I couldn’t even believe what he did on the other side, one side looked decent, the other side he messed up once and retried and it still looked horrible. I couldn’t even believe it and just gave up cause it already took 1 hour and a half. Unbelieveable and I honestly can’t believe I paid for this!!!! Honestly I could have done a better job, he rushed through it and redid it and still didn’t even do a good job while taking his time. I can’t even believe it still.

Great little spa with consistent service. Always gets you right in. Nice pedicure every time. They do a great job scrubbing the dead skin off my feet. My nail polish lasts a long time without chipping. And they do a nice job on my eyebrows. I gave only 4 stars because the spa decor needs a lot of decor.

They proceeded to tell me that they do not like the design that I wanted and if I did not like the end result that it would be my fault since the nail artist did not like the design that I wanted. They proceeded to tell me that they do not like the design that I wanted and if I did not like the end result that it would be my fault since the nail artist did not like the design that I wanted. He said no you got three, I told him the polish is too thin then. overall, just doesn’t look professional. Notice the thumb would not visit again.

We had just moved to the camillus area. I called around to get my nails and my 2 year olds done. 3 places said they wouldn’t do her because “they didn’t have the time to fix any mess ups from her moving around” or “they just couldn’t do a toddlers nails. Finally I called camillus nails and spa and they said they haven’t done a toddlers nails but they would try their best. So I brought her in. She had a manicure and pedicure done. The gentleman that did them was so patient and gentle with her. They accommodated her needs as a toddler and I couldn’t be more grateful. The lady’s were wonderful as well. They made her first experience so special. She loves her nails!

The first time I went I had a pedicure from someone who obviously was new. However, the result was fine. HOWEVER, THE NEXT TIME i WENT I was treated by the oldest women in the place. She was extremely rude and she was gossiping with another person the very whole time while speaking in a foreign language. Because of this she was not paying attention at all and she cut 2 toes the wrong way. Consequently, when the nails were growing in I kept experiencing sharp pain as the nails were digging in to the skin.

I have gotten plenty of pedicures here in the past. In fact my husband had gotten a giftcard for mother’s day to be used . Well it had a $25 balance on giftcard. No where in the print does it state expires from 1 year of purchase. With covid- I wasn’t going out for such things. Fast forward to today I came in -I asked BEFORE I sat down and the girl asked someone- they chatted between themselves for a min & then she told me to pick my color. She quickly rushed through this pedicure- right before polish goes on she said I couldn’t use my giftcard- this was from owner. I said absolutely not! I never would have sat down and that is why I asked first. This is unexceptional. I will NOT be back nor recommend giftcards from this place. ** they did honor my giftcard but I believe it was because I wasn’t bending and stood firm for what was right. This is completely unprofessional and poor business practice.

Wish I could give this ZERO STARS!! As a registered nurse that has worked in acute care I will say my boyfriends daughter had BLOOD DRAWN ON HER and the equipment was not sanitized between and they burned her and myself multiple times. This place is EXTREMELY SHADY, and a SCAM! No prices listed anywhere, I was lied to about prices, and they screamed at my boyfriends daughter who is only 14 when I was out in the car, making fun of her and yelling in her face because I was not happy with her terrible job, and how unprofessional / unsanitary they are.

Great location with easy parking right in front. My wife and I got pedicures here. They run weekly specials with quality reflexology. Nice menu of treatments with discounts if you want a membership. We enjoyed our experience and will be back. Large staff so the wait is nonexistent.
