Worst nail Salon don’t ever come here!! Walk-ins takes forever and when making Appoiment they cancel on you at the last minute or when u come to your appointment time they are close what kind of businesses do that and when doing acrylic they do it so ugly not recommended

Absolutely filthy inside. There’s dust from nails all over the place. There are cuticle and mail cuttings all over the floor. Everything is sticky and has a visible layer of dust and grime. Nothing is sanitized, including the instruments they use on your nails. I repeatedly said ouch while they were cutting my cuticles and told them they were cutting too deep- they didn’t even respond to me and just kept on going. One of the workers had a ringtone of a kid screamjng playing on her phone for over 10 minutes. If you’re looking for any sort of relaxing / decent experience- this is NOT the place.

Don’t come here. I always get gel tips when I come here and they never last me a week. They pop off in about 3 days and there is one lady there who is extremely rude. The staff like to roll they’re eyes and they do not use clean products. I started bleeding once because of the harsh pushing on my nail. Do not come here. The nail salon in the Galleria is way better and just a couple dollars more than this place.

I really honestly have never written a review on a place but this place is HORRIFIC!! DO NOT GO!!!! Prices might be nice but they’re not worth it! Awfully rude to customers. I got my nails done (acrylics) and although I told her I was not pleased with the shape, painting or the entire work, she insisted my nails were perfect. After 4 days my nails were lifting so I had to go back. They said I can get it done for free but they wanted to give me the same lady. After I told her no she fanned me off and walked away and I walked out. I went to the nails store across the street when they took off the nails polish he said it looked like 2 1/2 weeks worth of nails, he was surprised when I told him it’s only been 4 days.

I came here once, the person that gave me my pedicure was rude and the job was rushed for something that came out pricey (Also, the polish didn’t last too long). My god-mother comes here often, she get’s great service and prices, so that leaves me to believe they’re biased as to how a person looks. -_-

DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible experience. The woman who attended me was rude right away; as soon as I walked in the door she rushed me in and asked “what do you want.” She also rushed my manicure so much so that she ended up cutting one of my cuticles and made my finger bleed. As I was drying my nails, I noticed they were cleaning up but didn’t realize they were trying to close up since the sign outside said that they close at 7:30 and it was only 5:30. After about 10 minutes of drying my nails the woman who attended me literally shoved me out of the chair and said “ok miss you’re done, go home.” She scurried me out of there as if I were some street dog! The worst part was that she made me pay before so I had already given her a tip. I have never in my life been treated like that; shoved out of a chair! I wish I could give them a lower rating but unfortunately the lowest is 1 star. They deserve negative stars for their awful service.

Usually they are perfect. Except for the short lady with the short hair . So rude to everyone. But I only had these nails for 3 days & both middle fingers came off. Not just cracked but came off with no issue. That’s a problem since I get my nails done a lot & know that’s not normal. I’m not coming here anymore.

DO NOT GO! I’ve never written a review before but I hated this place so much I had to warn others. I repeat , DO NOT GO! My nails are subpar to say the least, not only that but terrible customer service. One of the nail technicians literally YELLED at me saying I should’ve told her my nails weren’t filed right sooner. I was treated terribly and I DO NOT recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.
