I have had the best experience with coloring and hilites ever. Everytime I go in I have been asked if I want any changes made and they take the time to discuss the difference the season of the year makes in coloring. The cut and styling is superb and there is no difficulty if you want to try another stylist. They are very professional and the want their clients to be happy. I highly recommend their services, I have never been disappointed!

So I had a wedding to go to back in September and the bride had us all get hairstyles and makeup. Makeup was done by an older woman who when I handed her a picture of the makeup I wanted, didn’t listen. She brought out colors that washed me out, her mascara rubbed off on me, overall I looked grey. The brides makeup wasn’t done as beautiful as it could’ve been and while she may not have noticed, I did. The hairstyling was much better but still, the woman that did my hair didn’t listen. I told her that I didn’t want my updo as tight as it was, she said it would relax, it did not. Overall I don’t think this place lived up to its reputation and it was overall disappointing

Worst place and I had to wait for 45 mins as my appointment was at 1:30 and nobody attended me. I ended up leaving. So disappointed. Won’t recommend this place at all.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuereally tried to give this place a chance.After being unhappy with my color (see my Yelp review for photos) I returned to have it fixed. The stylist justified why she gave me streaky 1996 highlights but it didn’t matter because at the end of the day, my hair looked NOTHING like the inspo photo. To fix it, the stylist spent 2.5 hours applying an all over base color, then lifting that with a balyage (kind of) bleach and then toning it so much that I ended up leaving with plain brown hair. My hair was plain brown to begin with and now it has a ton of damage and is still plain brown.
