Went in for a regular pedicure everything was fine until the tech (sophia) used the foot file. She kept filing and I felt my foot and heel start to burn and I lifted my foot to see and she left me several cuts on my foot and I was bleeding. I told her it was stinging and she just proceeded to put water on my feet to make the pain go away. Sad to say this but I don’t think I’ll be coming back because this was just a horrible experience and now I can barely walk comfortably due to the cuts causing me pain.

I’d leave a 0 star review if possible. They accept walkins and yet EVERY SINGLE TIME I have walked in they tell me they are fully booked with a half empty salon. Never recommending or coming to this place again.

As a nail tech from IL. I thought I should try to do and experienced the pedicure here in LA. OMG.. they are so nice people.. they dont talk in Vietnamese.. which I find so rude infront of customer. The boss helps and painted my toes nicely because my nail tech girl had to do other customer which is understandable.
