The person answering the phone was not there and the employee was by herself. This situation bordered on human trafficking. Beware! Whenever I choose a massage therapy location, I always look at previous reviews. I did not find this place to be professional. I always keep my undergarments on as that is my comfort level. Mid-way through the massage, the Masseuse removed my under garments to further massage my glutes. It made me very uncomfortable. Nothing further was touched, and nothing was touched inappropriately. However, I have had many massages in the past and have never had anyone remove my undergarments.

We had to take an Uber because getting there is very difficult with public transportation, and my husband has a foot injury. When we got there, the place was closed even though it was 11am. I called, the lady was still at her house!! She said that she would be there in 20 min (after the reservation time), we waited 35min yet no one showed up. I lost all my morning and work time for nothing. It is very unprofessional. Also, how was she going to give a massage for 2 alone? we had to take another expensive Uber to go home. Both women works so hard on all the cramped up muscles from sciatica and other back and shoulder related overuse and strain that they fit two hours of work into one. The pressure is perfect– not too hard to injure, but hard enough to uncramp and allow healing. Their strength and endurance, along with quality are amazing. Both women works so hard on all the cramped up muscles from sciatica and other back and shoulder related overuse and strain that they fit two hours of work into one.
