Charlotte was amazing! She was incredibly polite and was so fun to talk to. She made the experience comfortable, constantly explained what she was doing and also the purpose behind it. She made sure I was fully informed with everything going on and that I was confident in the process. Her assistant was incredibly helpful. She made booking with Charlotte simple, but also sent out reminders (which is great because I’m super forgetful), sent out instructions on what to do the day before, AND more follow up instructions on how to care for my brows and what to expect them to do and look like in the following days. I’m IN LOVE with my new brows, and I’m looking forward to doing more with them! 🙂

I had been wanting to get microblading and heard from others experiences that you have to go the best. In January last year found an opening with Kaci in November. I was so excited! In February I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I finished radiation treatment in June. When my November appointment came, I didn’t think anything of it. Filling out the medical form Kaci said it was too close to my treatment to get microblading. She said my skin will not be easy for it until 6 months after my last treatment.

I came to Charlotte over two years ago to get my eyebrows done, and when I say she changed my life; I’m not kidding!! She’s amazing at her job! There’s a reason she always stays booked for months at a time!! She also pointed me in the direction of Emilee, who has been doing my last extension for almost an entire year now, which has honestly done so much for my self confidence.
