The owner of this salon is rude and unprofessional. The shop is supposed to open at 9 am and it opened at almost 10 am. When the owner finally arrived she tried to charge me $70 to take down my hair and then said if she had been present when the shop opened, she would not have taken my hair down… because I didn’t get it braided there?? Never heard that before!! I had cornrows in the front and individuals in the back and I took down the cornrows! The owner became upset when I told her I was not paying that and checked her about being professional and on time. The shop has a mildew odor and is dirty. The only reason I went there is because it is next door to Bonita’s Dominican Salon (they do an Awesome job)! Save yourself the headache and patronize somewhere else who appreciates your time and money!
