Critical: ProfessionalismFirst off, great massage. After my 9th time of going I will not return. I give the payment plus 33% tip up front. $60 plus $20 tip for a hour massage. I was then explained during the massage that I tip poorly. I’m not sure if the lady I give money to up front is taking part of the tip or if being unprofessional is their method to get a higher tip, but they have lost a repeat customer over it. If you go there you will get a great massage but expect to pay over 50% gratuity up front or be belittled during the massage. I am ashamed at myself that I allowed myself to give $720 in a three month period to an unprofessional organization. Although the massage was halfway decent the masseuse who said her name was Susan made fun of me and laughed at me openly laughed out loud at my pain. I have chronic pain and came in there for relief she poked my stomach several times with her fingers making a jiggle saying I’m lazy and need to exercise more and that I have the body of an old man in the face of a young man. Although the massage was halfway decent the masseuse who said her name was Susan made fun of me and laughed at me openly laughed out loud at my pain.
