Our top of the line customizable infrared saunas with sound and light therapy are scientifically proven to help detoxify, heal, relieve, and relax the body. We offer spacious and comfortable, personal sauna rooms, luxurious robes, aromatherapy, cool towels, and 7x filtrated water. Our sauna services come at an incredible value.

Cardio
Starts at a high intensity to increase heart rate and cardiac output then lowers to sustain heart rate level. Circulation increases to promote healthy blood pressure. Duration: 45 minutes Infrared Used: Near, Mid and Far		$65.00
Detoxification
Starts at a high intensity to increases the body’s core temperature then reduces to a low, comfortable intensitylevel. IR combination improves vascular access flow to reach toxins at the cellular level. Duration: 37 minutes. Infrared Used: Mid and Far		$65.00
Full Spectrum
Normally our bodies pump ten to fourteen pints of blood per minute. Full spectrum infrared sauna rays increase the blood flow up to twenty six pints per minute. When blood flow is increased you have additional oxygenation assisting the body to repair cells and tissues. This place is nothing short of AMAZING. Beautiful and truly euphoric atmosphere. Decor is awesome. The infrared sauna is so healing… I have been only a few times so far and it has helped with my anxiety and carpal tunnel immensely. The effects are immediate!! Front desk staff is friendly, calm, and welcoming. They carry their own product line which is just as lovely as the overall experience. Everything about this place is just beautiful!! Absolutely worth checking out and returning, again and again and again! Treat yourself, heal yourself.
