I got nails filled in and they were not filled in at all. I went the next morning to get them fixed all they did is blend them in and didn’t add anymore acrylic. Charged me for a color change. So within 1 day I paid 55 for a fill in and they are still not filled in. They looked better but not great. This is my second time coming here and will be my last.

Jessi is amazing and always gets my nails just right. David is super funny and gives the best pedicures. They are always super friendly and welcoming. Great little hometown feel. I love this nail place. It’s small but quiet, they have really awesome massage chairs. And it’s way better than any nail place I have visited at River City. And about $10 cheaper. I just got a pedicure, and the nail tech specs at least 20 minutes giving each leg of a massage and then did my feet. Even though they close at 6:30 and I walked in at 6 they were more than welcoming when I asked if I could get a pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in no greeting when someone finally did acknowledge me she says to me “what do you want” so I tell her… it’s a guy sitting there on his phone, a worker she says something to him he says something back a Lil girl walks in (different ethnic) as soon as she walks in they asked how could they help her she tells them and the guy that was on the phone gets up and takes her to a table.. I wasted my money completely the job was done so sloppy my left hand is shorter than my right hand. I told the technician I wanted long nails she did the opposite. I’ve never done my nails so short. They had no shape and the polish was sloppy. IAm so upset. I should have flushed my money down the toilet. Acrylic nails

Usually love going here to get my nails done however on my last visit I had showed the ladies upfront a picture of what I wanted they were very vague about not having a certain color so I picked another one. When the lady started my nails she only said a few words to me the entire time as she was talking to her coworkers. I showed her the picture again and she said okay.. what I got was not what I showed her. Although my nails are cute and I really like the colors she used.. she could have told me that she couldn’t do the design I wanted. I would have corrected her but I was on a time crunch and didn’t have any extra time to spare for her to fix it.

Kept calling people lazy. They don’t even give massages, they just slap lotion on your leg and feet and call it a day, my lady even told me I needed to buy a foot massager If I wanted a massage. My hard earned money was wasted on this place. I should have known something was wrong when I walked in and no customer was inside and the employees were all In the back cutting up.
