Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT LET MICHELLE NEAR YOUR HEAD! First, we told her that we wanted my son to have a fohawk. For everyone who doesn’t know what that is, it is a Mohawk that has faded sides. Just look it up on Google pics. She butchered my kids head! Completely just tried to do a fade and did horrible job at that. I have pics if you want to see. Then, she claimed that he had lice and had to stop. I asked to see the hair that had lice on it and it was conveniently not available. I asked the owner to show me. He picked through my kids hair and we saw dandruff. He kept going do you see that? It moved. Ummmm, NO! Nothing moved and we were there a good 10 minutes looking at dandruff. I went home and picked thru his hair again and there were ZERO lice, no bites on his head, or eggs attached to the hairs. If he had lice, you would see bites and eggs. There was nothing but dandruff. I combed thru it all and nothing there. Even better, we still had to pay for that hot mess. Absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT LET MICHELLE NEAR YOUR HEAD! First, we told her that we wanted my son to have a fohawk. For everyone who doesn’t know what that is, it is a Mohawk that has faded sides. I looked for a sign in sheet on the counter and did not see one so I sat down in the waiting area. I was the only person waiting. 15 minutes later a gentleman walked in with 2 sons and told the 2 barbers that he had an appointment. A third barber arrived and she was who they had an appointment with so she started taking care of them. The other 2 barbers finished cutting their clients and then disappeared. About 5 minutes later another customer came in and the only barber in sight asked them if he had an appointment. He’d stated that he did not and she said give me a second. She came back from a back room with one of the barbers that disappeared and he informed the gentleman that they were booked for the remainder of the day. I sat there a total of an hour and 5 minutes before anyone had the decency of speaking to me or telling me that I would not be taken care of. I am new to the area and was looking for a place to get a haircut every couple weeks. Wish that I could rank them with a negative star!!! Poor service. I walked in and 2 barbers were actively cutting hair. They both looked at me and did not say a word. I looked for a sign in sheet on the counter and did not see one so I sat down in the waiting area. Critical: PunctualityMade a 1 pm appointment today as i have in the past, arrived at 12:45. Left at 1:39 without receiving a hair cut as after that long i could careless.Not the 1st time this shop has been an annoyance but due to being in a small area not many alternatives are out there, however this is the last time i will waste my time on this place. I will say they called after i left to apologize and try to make it right but a free hair cut isnt worth the annoyance.Thankfully after i left i noticed a new shop had opened up apparently recently and I stopped there, the barber was great, i received a quality cut and will be leaving this new shop a positive review momentarily.Made a 1 pm appointment today as i have in the past, arrived at 12:45.
