BOTOX treatments

I have found their prices are the best and they do excellent work. I recently moved to Colorado but fly home to Colleyville when I need services. It’s worth it.

I’ve been going to Calista for light botox and some microneedling (skinpen) for a few years now. I love that they’ve never tried to oversell me and in fact, have actually talked me out of things I didn’t need. Today was my first bad experience. I tried Morpheus8 ($750). I’ve done RF microneedling in the past at both Corinthian wellness spa and with Dr. Malik in Southlake. While not comfortable, I got through a series of 3 without issue. Today was so remarkably painful (even took tylenol in advance as directed) that I couldn’t even finish the treatment – not even half my neck done and barely one pass across my face. I had tears streaming. The technician was kind and tried to dial it down and talk me through it – but I literally couldn’t bear to be there a moment longer. I don’t know if the numbing cream is just not strong enough or if perhaps this procedure shouldn’t be done without lidocaine or something stronger – but I was NOT prepared for that. I’ve had 2 children naturally – no drugs – I have a fairly high pain tolerance, but Morpheus8 found my limits. So remarkably disappointed that I spent $$$ and won’t even get to realize the benefits/results.

If you are a Brilliant Distinctions member please check your awards balance after you receive any procedure from this establishment. I had Botox injections in June the cost was $270 but they said they were running a special and I would only have to pay $240, of course I pleased to hear this news. Today(11/12/18) I was curious how many points I had in my Brilliant Distinctions account, I noticed in July Calista removed took $130.00 from my account(I’m not for sure how they were able to do this, but I have changed my password). Dan (the owner) stated that their Allergan representative told him to take their customer points that are about to expire. Shame on the sales representative and shame on Dan! That is called stealing. After having a conference call with BD and the owner of Calista my $$$ is back in my account. See image below (I wasn’t threatening (you stole my points). PLEASE CHECK YOUR BALANCE AND REWARD USED.
