For $337 plus a $70 tip for a haircut and highlights, it wasn’t anything special. I’m not unhappy with the results, but I’ve had better for half the price at other places and I’ve never had so much dye on my face, neck and ears plus ruined clothes which you don’t expect at this price point.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was referred to this stylist and was excited about trying this place out. My experience was anything but pleasant. I came in for highlights and showed the stylist a picture of what I was looking for. Three dimensional colors, one of which my hair color was already one of the colors. The stylist and her assist were both putting foils in my shoulder length hair talking about a party she was going to. That might be the reason my hair was the same color when I left as when I came in. My experience with getting my hair washed was bizarre. The person washing my hair was too short to reach over the adjustable bowl and while she had to lean on the bowl to reach my head, the bowl dig into my neck while the cape pinned me in the seat. I absolutely love the entire experience. My hairdresser’s name is Brittany and she always does an absolutely wonderful job. She’s so sweet and she’s one of the few hairdressers that’s never afraid to tackle my long unruly hair! She’s an absolute delight to talk to and I look forward to every haircut. The atmosphere is very comforting and all of the staff are so friendly!
