This place is very good for the price they charge. You can get a full set for 40-43 depending on disign or not. Anything extra is an additional 5. You are paying a reasonable price for the work given. The staff is not rude at all and work fast. I’ve never had to wait during the weekdays

The place is nice and pretty clean. Had to wait a while for my manicure. Then while getting my manicure the lady cut me and she asked if i was ok which was nice but it hurts very bad. Also; the nail work is nice. I got a Gel Manicure and it’s nice. Only bad thing was getting cut.

I’m so back and forth with this place. Went in this week to get a gel manicure and the lady acted like she was in a huge hurry, was pretty rude, and asked me multiple times “what color?” Before I even had a chance to decide what I wanted. Then when I finally decided the color was dried out so I picked another color…When she filed my nails, she filed them so fast it was a little uncomfortable. Disappointed since I don’t get my nails done all that often and felt like I was being rushed to get out of the door! However, A few weeks ago I went in and had a great experience and my nails looked great. It depends on who you get.

Tracy is extremely rude. It’s unfortunate because she is good but not worth how she treats customers. There was a misunderstanding oh how to do my nails and she argued that she did what I said and not that she misinterpreted what I said. The next time I went I was late and she took the person who walked in right in front of me. I travel from over a hour away and I got lost going to the appointment and she was sooooo rude. I only rated a2 because they are good but Tracy’s customer service is unacceptable and needs to be made public. It’s unfortunate since she is good but absolutely not worth her actions.

I feel like the quality of work has significantly declined the last few times I’ve been in. I got a full new set last Saturday. I noticed less than an hour after i left that my natural nail had already separated from the fake tip on most of my fingers. They were closed already so I went in Sunday and showed them. They just said I needed more glue and sent me on my way. I have been very gentle on them all week because they didn’t feel very secure. About one week later two have fallen off and the rest have lifted. I have had my nails done hundreds of times at various salons and they usually last around 3 weeks. I don’t feel like my complaint was taken seriously before and now I just won’t go back. Very disappointed.

Professional environment. A couple ladies are amazing. Wish they had more artistic offerings than the standard flower choice for embellishment but if you being in a picture, they’ll try. If they can’t they will tell you. Decent pricing, don’t try to upsell you once you’ve made you selection. No argument if you want something they think is odd. 🙂 But they do need people who can do different designs. Only had one lady that was crappy, but voiced issue and it was dealt with.

Was satisfied with pedi. massage was great. But didn’t look like they really sanitize the tubs. I noticed there was leftover nail polish flakes left from the last customer in my tub. They don’t use plastic covers either. There was a lady next to me getting a pedi as well and she had severe toe fungus! The lady even warned the nail tech prior to taking her shoes off. It was horrendous! I’m sorry, but I don’t want my feet in the same tub, especially since the tubs aren’t thoroughly cleaned out. For that reason I will not be returning.
