Super disappointed with this business. I “froze” my account with the understanding that when I reactivated it, the money could be applied to the monthly payment. I was informed no, not possible, the money is only good for an instore purchase? I read the contract over and over again. That’s not how I interpret the policy. Read it for yourself. In person seems to be the only way to speak to someone at the store. Otherwise the number directs you to rocklin their “corporate” location. I got the biggest package, the ambassador package I think it’s called. Totally worth it! I’ve gone about 10 times just to lay in the tanning beds and have surpassed my expectations. I’ll review again once ive gone thru all the steps in order as recommended. The massage chair is great. Just read the wall buttons instructions first cause once in you realize the remote has buttons without signs… so I pushed whatever whenever until I got it where I liked it. The sweat pod was relaxing. If you got an event this place is perfect to quickly get a beautiful glow. Products are outrageously high priced. But maybe I’m just cheap. Lol.

Each and every employee with have completely different information for u in any thing u have a question about… Ask for receipts for everything. They charge different amounts than expected whenever they want to. Lots of abnormal activity.
