The only reason why I’m giving one star is because I’m in the location right now and I got here at 5:11pm and now it is 5:54pm. I’m waiting to get served 30 min. There are a couple in front of me that are trying to open an account, and usually, this takes some time. It’s not fair that I’m waiting this long. I’m paying $80 a month, and I have a scheduled time. She could ask kindly for the person to wait for 5 minutes until I get in the room.

I just started going to this location as I’m new to the area. I use to go to amazing tans and I never had an issue. I have tried to spray tan 4 times at this place and each time it has come out completely spotty. Like the worst. They said after the third time that it was fixed. But two days ago it did it again. They said maybe it’s just me so I had someone else try it and hers was the same. They are saying nobody else has complained but I don’t understand how?? If you have gone or plan to go please let them know and share pictures. I don’t want to pay for the biggest package they offer and not have access to one of the biggest perks. Ugh.

You can’t beat this salon for price, value & quality anywhere!! I’ve gone to alot of tanning salons over the last 20 years but this establishment exceeds EXPECTATION. The top package is the Ambassador & it gives access to unlimited tanning in ANY bed PLUS Red light therapy, zero gravity beds and my favorite the COCOON BED. The beds are impeccably clean & relaxing plus you’ll never find weak or old bulbs in these beds! There is a package & price for every budget however it’s the staff of young adults that makes this a WORLD CLASS SALON. Each staff member understands and explains their products & they don’t try to sell you something you dont want. They have brought back yesterdays standards & quality & I CAN’T recommend a retailer more highly !

The wait on sunless spray is horrible no matter what day or time you go! I’ve been going to California Sun for a long time. Always one person at the front desk… poor gal/guy. Customer service is great but Corporate needs to invest in another sunless spray machine or I will soon go elsewhere! Stop being so cheap corporate and help your employees out. Not everyone wants rays…
