Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismFace masks are not required at this place! The business owner says she’s not sick. I asked: do you know if I’m sick or not?! We were even asked SEVERAL TIMES to remove masks from kids faces and my face too. Jessica didn’t even bother to put a face mask on, and she was truly annoyed that we asked her to put the mask on and in return, she wanted us to remove masks so she can “hear what I say”. Furthermore, she got us a piece of paper and on it says face masks are not required at our place!!!That’s for the face masks, now on for the next point.At the professional level, we’ve never been to a place where we hear a person at a workplace that tells us “not to argue”. We need to understand what is it that she’s going to do and we thought it’s a bit different than we ever had with other salons. It’s also rude to hear from a business owner “You’re asking too many questions” and “I know what I’m doing. You don’t need to tell me what I should do”.The ONLY reason I was forced to stay and finish with this thing is that the kids were so excited to get their hair done and I didn’t want to break their heart. Face masks are not required at this place! The business owner says she’s not sick. I asked: do you know if I’m sick or not?! We were even asked SEVERAL TIMES to remove masks from kids faces and my face too.
