Dr. Lee is great. He spends the time to do a real assessment and work with the patient to understand both the steps in the process as well as his diagnosis / rationale. In the end, he removed a couple of skin tags – my decision – and he showed a great deal of care throughout the procedure. He’s a pleasure to have as a doctor. Highly recommended.

The first time I went it was fine, this timei knew I had to wear a mask and I didn’t have one so I propped the door open and asked for one and they ushered me in, then lectured me that I had to have it on before entering… well why don’t you walk one over or have a box outside?? I’m not against the mask especially in medical facilities but I’m not carrying a fresh box of masks that never get used except for this specific instance in my car. Then I had the appointment, there were two prescriptions that needed to get filled. Neither got sent before the 3 day holiday, I call on the 4th day and nobody is answering and it seems they are intentionally sending me to voicemail. My face is rashy and the front desk is to snarky and slow to care, the doctors and “doctors” are fine I guess. They got my insurance Money! So good for them. Still sitting here trying to get a hold of them, maybe this review will strike an interest… sad if it does.

I saw Dr. Sheu today for a full-body skin cancer screening. She was on-time, professional, thorough and very sweet. The front desk and her assistant were also pleasant to deal with. Overall, a great experience.

I am looking for a dermatologist and found this one that is relatively close to me. Overall, my experience here has not been great. I like my dermatologist doctor Dr.Sheu, she is nice though we haven’t been able to come up with a suitable remediation for my skin issue.

My consolation visit was very informative in a way, but I don’t see why you need to schedule two consolations to be told the exact same thing. I paid $164 for a cosmetic consolation to discuss treatment. The next appointment should be for initial treatment and not for a second consolation. I am not sure if the front desk was confused about my visit. I think it is not fair nor unnecessary to hear everything again just from a different person.

Didn’t have to wait for my consultation. I got in right away. The staff is great. I’ve had Moh’s here I in the past. Dr Morganroth is the best Moh’s surgeon in our area, hands down!
