I scheduled an appointment two months in advance. Nobody cared to call me to tell me things are changing with their forms. Stayed up late to fill out their forms for them to tell me they’re the wrong forms. The customer service is garbage and they’re more worried about money than helping their patients. They were so quick to charge my card. Our health care industry is going to waste bin.
