I came in to this location for what I thought was a “consultation” three months ago. Ended up getting 3 moles removed off my face that same day, quick procedure, which I was very impressed about. Everything was great up until recently when I got a bill for $1,000. I am reading similar reviews to my situation, as I was re-assured by one of the employees there that my insurance would cover the whole procedure. I could’ve checked with my insurance first which was completely my fault but for good practice and better customer service they need to provide estimates of how much the insurance will cover and how much the patient will pay out of pocket just to be in the clear. Not once was my insurance coverage discussed with me by the doctor before going ahead and removing the moles. I am now calling the billing department and no answer. Talked to reception and they said they would leave a message for them and that they would call me back, haven’t heard from them. I will not be coming back to this dermatologist or recommending it to any of my friends and family. Please beware! They seriously need to re-evaluate their business practices and enforce better communication with their patients when it comes to this.

Well my appointment confirmation sent me to the Beaumont office. I was in Redlands so I had to drive out to Beaumont only to find out they’re closed. Which meant I had to trek back to Loma Linda wasting gas and maneuvering through traffic & construction. By the time I got there I was late for my son’s appointment (special needs) then had to fill out all the paperwork. It took me time to relax. Other than that the nurse was thorough, nice and informative. Doctor is always kind, sweet and helpful.

I saw Dr. Kenneth Dale Macknet today. I finally found a doctor that actually cared about what was going on with me. He took the time to ask questions and actually came up with a plan to help me. I’ve seen two primary and six dermatologist, one even putting me on Pschye medications, ridiculous. I’m so excited about finding Dr. Macknet. It’s been a year-long suffering. He has a really good bed side manner, the facility is clean and the nurses are eager to help.

Dr. Meadows is the best. However, after trying to settle a lab bill for almost two years they are threatening to send it to collections. There is no one in billing to pick up the phone. I’ve left numerous messages and no return call even though their voice mail states they will get back to you within 72 hours.
