They did a great job on my pedicure. The only negative thing I have to say is that I did wait in the pedicure tub for 40 minutes before I got worked on. The place is nice and clean. I feel bad for the workers because I feel like they are slightly understaffed. I have only been there once and I was pleased with my service. Pedicure

Sat here for over 4 hours and mannerisms of the establishment were horrible but then again I used to come here faithfully and the attitudes were horrible then. Literally sat and listened while main lady talked down on customers who walked out due to having already sat so long with no service, claiming her clients “didn’t even have plans for the weekend, only wanted nails done to sit in house” and kinda rolled eyes at comment which I found weird and rude as a businesswoman. They also charge an extreme high price just to get gel on toes which is only 10 shorter than the pedicure itself, and once they lady realized I didn’t want gel because of price went to front after having sat in pedi chair over an hour and made comments, of course in other language to all the staff in main area…pretty sure thinking I was being “difficult” but just didn’t understand why the prices got so steep but the mannerisms still stink…. I honestly if you like fair pricing as well as professional and police and lovely people I would suggest the drive to dequoin to starry nails, they’re the absolute best!

This is my 3rd time going, not going there again. First time I got pedi and dip manicure. Pedi was done by Mama Lee both on my first and third visit and the quality (or lack of) was consistent on both visits. Cuticles have not been taken care of and the nail polish has been poorly put on. She put the clear top coat on surrounding skin as well. The first dip was done so-so. I do not recall the name of the gentleman that did then. He was rushed and laid them on thick. The second time I went was to get the dip done again. I also do not recall the name of this guy, but he’s the only one that allowed me to give any kind of starts. He did the dip spot on! Perfect.

Bought a $45 pedicure per the list of services handed to you when you sit in the chair. When I checked out, the bill was $71!!! I was told that since I got gel polish, there was an upcharge. What a costly upcharge! The guy then said, “Oh, no one told you?” Advising customers of an upcharge AFTER the service is rendered is unethical and not how businesses should operate. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I live in georgia, and the price listed is the price you’re expecting to pay.

Absolutely amazing place. California Pro Nails is the best nail salon I have been to in Carbondale. Not only are they amazing with nails but their attitudes and personalities make the experience even better. Vincent did an outstanding job with my nails and I plan to go back in the future! ❤️

I showed her the picture of what i wanted with just a little shorter length and she nailed it. Now, usually when i get my nails done i have some acrylic left underneath my nails that drives me crazy but she went all out and got all the gunk out from underneath and made sure it was gone. She also filed the front and back. She even helped me match a couple of colors as well. She was super nice and helpful. Looks almost exactly like the picture. I love them so much. I had to wait an hour but thats a pretty normal wait time. 10/10 recommend!

Went to USA nails in Marion and they did a horrible job. I came here to California Pro Nails to get them fixed and they were so kind to me. They even did a very pretty lemon design on my nails. They took their time and asked if I was doing okay. They even asked if I liked my nails a couple times during the process just in case anything needed fixing. 100% would recommend!!

Okay; legitimately the best nail experience I’ve had in southern illinois. about $10 more than some places but the quality of service is worth that and then some. I WILL be back soon
