Very convenient and the staff is always very friendly. I appreciate how they don’t rush you through once you are in the chair, even when they are super busy. I did have an appointment for me and my husband to get pedicures which they were running 30 minutes late for – so if you’re on a schedule, make sure you build in some extra time as an appointment doesn’t guarantee an exact time of service. But, they are true professionals and offer you special attention.

I made an appointment for 11:00 on a Saturday a few days prior. I arrived 10:55 for my appointment and they did not even put me in a pedicure chair until 11:20. As soon as I walked in, it was apparent they do not have an AC or it is not working because it was very warm and all of the doors were open. Then, I sat with my feet in water until about 12:00 before anyone came over to start my pedicure. The ladies that work here and very nice and they did a great job with my pedicure, but overall I was not impressed and would not return. I also had hoped to get a cute design done, but was told they cannot do a design of any kind. Weird. I’ll find somewhere else to go next time.

New to the area trying to find a nail salon near by. I decided to this salon. Worse experience ever! Beyond dissatisfied with service. I got a mani-gel polish & a pedi. A lady did my pedi no complaints. The man that did my mani did a horrible job. Not only did he nip my cuticle causing it to bleed. He did not even acknowledge doing so or apologize. My nail beds still has dry skin around. The cuticle area peeling and jagged as if some unexperienced person was practicing how to use the nippers. The gel polish color selected # 63 which is sort of a brown/purple hue with hue color lines in middle. My color is brown qith sparkles no where near what I chose. He also left space between cuticle area and the start of polish which makes it looks as though I alread have growth when nails were just done today. I do not recommend this place. Total $53 again the pedi was fine but it looks and feel as if a mani was never done.
