Critical: QualityI came her with my little sister and we both left with cut up nails. The lady doing them told me it was because “I had thin skin” but she repeatedly used the vibrating buffer thing on my skin and noticed I was bleeding and still kept going over it. I’ve been putting medicine on my nails because I am worried I will get an infection. They refused a refund, but told me I could come back and they would fix it. I came her with my little sister and we both left with cut up nails. The lady doing them told me it was because “I had thin skin” but she repeatedly used the vibrating buffer thing on my skin and noticed I was bleeding and still kept going over it. I’ve been putting medicine on my nails because I am worried I will get an infection. They refused a refund, but told me I could come back and they would fix it. I will not return back there again.

Critical: QualityThey had good service everyone was really nice.They did an okay job on my nail shape but made them thin like really thin. I haven’t even had these on for a week and I don’t do anything crazy with my hands and my nail already chipped. They made the dip lumpy on some nails.Don’t even get me started on the design like what even is that. The brown is what I asked for and they stated that it was too difficult. And then gave me this ugly line design. She even tried to correct the black line with a white line and it just looks terrible. The white on my nail isn’t even nail polish it’s dip!!Needless to say I will not be coming back because I paid $68 dollars for these nails! They had good service everyone was really nice.

Critical: QualityI have had 3 nails break off in A WEEK! 1) the lady doing my nails acted like she was mad to do my nails and rushed to get through it, she made me bleed, got nail glue all over my fingers and the dip powder on my fingers and used her own fingers to SCRAP it off of me. 2) I wanted a simple flame design and she couldn’t do it so I had to change it to the smiley faces.
