Critical: ProfessionalismRude, rude, RUDE staff. Called about possibly getting a gift certificate for somebody who lives there and explained that I live 5 hours away but could pay immediately, and not only were they unwilling to let me pay them without coming in (again, I live 5 hours away), but when I explained this to them they sharply hung up on me before I could even try to ask about other payment methods (which plenty of other salons have allowed me to do in the past). Rude, rude, RUDE staff. Called about possibly getting a gift certificate for somebody who lives there and explained that I live 5 hours away but could pay immediately, and not only were they unwilling to let me pay them without coming in (again, I live 5 hours away), but when I explained this to them they sharply hung up on me before I could even try to ask about other payment methods (which plenty of other salons have allowed me to do in the past). Critical: Professionalismi walked in and told them what i wanted. the employees were still servicing someone else, so i waited until they were done. maybe a few minutes later, 3 white ladies walked in wanting pedicures and were immediately serviced before i was. i don’t recommend going to this establishment at all.

Critical: ProfessionalismI came here yesterday to get French nails…I she finished with white nails but charged me for French nails. When I told her I was dissatisfied she painted over the nail to make it look like a French nail, that was not what I paid 77 dollars for. The energy in the facility was not welcoming staff is rude very & unprofessional. I came here yesterday to get French nails…I she finished with white nails but charged me for French nails. When I told her I was dissatisfied she painted over the nail to make it look like a French nail, that was not what I paid 77 dollars for. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value(Read the second paragraph if you care about cleanliness)Called ahead to make sure that I wouldn’t need an appointment to get my nails done. Never said anything about mask so I assumed I didn’t need one. When I got there I was made to buy one of theirs, wasn’t a big deal but the heads up would have been nice.After picking out my color they had everyone sit separately for social distancing. (Total understandable). As Im are sitting there, I’m looking around and noticing how nasty the place is. Looks like mold growing on the baseboard, dirt and dust bunnies in the corners, not cleaning out the foot tubes after being used, not wiping down their stations between clients and so much more..While I was sitting there two ladies which were white came and they made them sit separately and then about 10 mins later two black ladies came in and they sat down next to each other and the workers did not make them move.. one of the White was upset when she left but she had every right to be. Equality is key to this world today and what the workers and other customers were saying about them after they left was sickening! Never again will I go back.
