When I initially arrived, they greeted me and got my pedicure started right away and it took 1 hour. The lady did not introduce herself or even say hi. She cut my toe a little bit but accidents happen. Once finished, they moved me to a station for my nails. Lin started working on my hands and she was really sweet and kind. She also did a phenomenal job with the shape and length of my nails. Right before applying the polish and design, they asked me to go to David’s station so he can finish. David didn’t make any small talk or anything but got to work right away. My nails took 1 hour and 45 minutes in total. Once he finished, it was so late so I paid and left. (Arrived at 5:55pm and left at 8:45pm) Looking at my nails from a far, they look great but once you get up close, you can see all the flaws. On their pricing list, they have pedicure style #3 listed as $32 but I paid $44. Online their full set prices show as $38 but I paid $50. I wouldn’t mind paying $50 for my nails, had they come out nice. I was also given 3 different people so I felt like I needed to tip all 3. In total, I paid $115 and my nails look like I’ve had them on for a week or two when the pictures are taken less than 20 minutes after leaving the salon.

Mary was very rude lady. I asked her to make the edges of my nail round and she said you don’t say anything, I know what I’m doing. If you don’t want, go to another person. I never go back to this place.

I was in desperate need of a manicure on Friday 2/4/22, so I decided to check this place out. They seated me right away and the lady seemed nice but the quality of work was terrible. I asked for a simple manicure (I usually get gel) but my nails needed a break. I always get a French manicure, she messed up on my right index finger, painted over it several times and it looked chunky and messy, the tips were way too thick, honestly could’ve just done them myself for how they turned out. Needless to say, I still paid and even tipped the lady. She didn’t even complete her work and the other nail tech had to step in and fix HER mistake. They started chipping the next day and fast forward to Monday 2/7/22 more chipping so I peeled the Polish all off. I understand gel is supposed to last longer but I’ve gotten regular Polish in the past as well and never had this problem. Please do better.

100% are the worst nails I ever got, I should’ve just stick to the salon that I go too, my nails are not even , there sharp is cricket there bubbly and I was there for a very long time, Picture speak for themselves and this is less than 24 hours. David always does what I ask of jim cuz I tend to be a little nitpicky. Also, there’s no one else who can do art like he does… literally has done every design I bring in. May not be exactly as pic but still is amazing and I’m happy! I love this place!!
