Me and my friend got the exact same nail set done same shape same everything and hers was 20 dollars more than mine was! And they speak horribly about their costumers. It also seems as though they don’t have much experience, she not only didn’t know how to draw a flame but she didn’t even know what it was. My nails weren’t like I told her I wanted them. They were also very crooked. I would recommend not going there.

Definitely DO NOT recommend! My pedicure was rush they literally took 5 minutes to do it. My nails were lifting after 3 days LITERALLY and they were also RUSHED! Got my nieces nails done they looked hideous! They were clumpy and poorly shaped. They charged me $10 for a 6 years old nails that were just painted w/ regular polish and also was unhappy with how they turned out. We just wanted to have a gool ol girls day but i was so stressed out about the outcome I didn’t wanna spend another second there. I payed they lady and left! ♀️

Critical: ProfessionalismPedicure was very poor, clumpy nail polish, and heel not smoothed. Nails look like they were just glued on and not natural looking. Scott is better doing pedicures, I don’t understand why a certain type of customer get the 1st class treatment and others get out of dates products used for them. They categorize customers based on appearances when all money looks the same. They do rush jobs, I know I won’t be returning ever.BBB REPORTED. 6-15-22. Scott is not so great on the pedicures now, he rushes everything he does. This time I got my 8 year old feet done for family vacation and he did her foot scrub then turned around and scrubbed on top of foot skin and she told him to stop because it hurt her. When I first started going it was Awesome. Now they are pretty much like the others. Hurry up get you out so they can get to next one. She didnt even put lotion on my legs when she finished.

If I could rate this place a zero I would, I went to get a pedicure on Mother’s Day, and the only reason I went there was because where I originally go to (Tonys nails) was really busy, well anyways I got a pedicure with acrylic on my big toe and it broke off with in 2 days and not only that they didn’t even scrub my feet good. Literally just a bad experience, literally paid $55 dollars for a little foot wash and nail polish on my toes. Not to mention I pay $40 for a exclusive pedicure at Tonys nails.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am in town for Thanksgiving & needed get my nails done for a wedding next week. I had really long nails & the dude without warning cut my pink nail completely off. Then grabbed my ring finger and did the same. I was in shock I had to have my nails cut short and just dipped with red polish. Yesterday the day after they were done the polish came off my nail and my nail broke off even shorter. I now have butchered nails for a wedding that I am in. I was afraid to say anything so i paid, tipped and left. If you need your nails done, do not go here. I am so angry for not saying anything. This place is terrible. And my nails are all jacked up. I am in town for Thanksgiving & needed get my nails done for a wedding next week. I had really long nails & the dude without warning cut my pink nail completely off. Then grabbed my ring finger and did the same. I was in shock I had to have my nails cut short and just dipped with red polish. Really rude she started complaining in a foreign language because I refused to pay 70 plus dollars for mani and pedi and just really mean during the whole mani pedi session and rude because I refused to leave a tip after my nails were hurting and had a piece of dirt left on my polish wont be coming here again.

I believe it’s a couple that own the shop. What I’m assuming is the wife, is SUPER rude. She was on her cell phone for about 45 min while she did my nails. She walks around barefoot… And they had a puppy running around the shop, it peed twice on the floor while I was there. There was a small girl, very well behaved waiting for her mom to get her nails done, the puppy kept biting and chewing on her shoes and feet, the owners just laughed. The little girls shoelaces were ruined from the puppy. The older lady who did my pedicure can’t see too well I’m assuming. Cut 3 of my toes with the file, and tore one of my nails trying to peel off gel polish even after I said to soak off. My manicure was decent but some were shorter than others, and because she was so preoccupied with her phone call, some were rounded some were square. I paid $45 for my nails and $30 for my feet. Which I found surprising because the prices are posted on the wall. The shop was dirty and the restroom was DISGUSTING!! Customer service was by far lacking and again the wife’s attitude was horrible. You can be rude sometimes if your the best at what you do. You can’t be rude and suck at your job!! Will NEVER GO BACK!
