They were very unprofessional and they switch the prices on me multiple times like they didn’t know what they were doing and they weren’t communicating with each other well my nails are terrible I will never be back and you shouldn’t waste your money because that’s all they want they don’t care about the quality and people returning they just looking for the quick dollar don’t waste your time buyer beware She couldn’t even give me no lotion update I went back and asked for a refund and he yelled at me! I had two choices come back tomorrow or let the lady who messed them up redo them! Then he later offered 20$ after stating that he didn’t do refunds a million times! He was so nasty about it but he a manager! NEVER AGAIN

Love this place they always do a great job. They also let me bring my little baby in there so I can get my nails done during her nap time. I only get shellac on my hands and these are my nails.It’s hard to communicate with the staff at times.

Nice staff, each experience was good except for the very first time. The oldest lady jacked up my nails but gave me a discount. Now I just don’t go to her. Everyone else does a great job. I will make a special 2 hour drive here from now on!!! I was so impressed with John and his attentiveness to the smallest details on both my hands and feet. He did an amazing job. Also the salon was very clean and safe in these unsafe days. I live 2 hours away and will make the drive just to go there from now on.

They only have two chairs for people waiting first off. So I stood for about 20 minutes waiting for a spot to open. The woman I had was very uninterested in doing the job at hand. She seemed very bothered by my being there. I asked for a manicure and gel nail polish and she looked me up and down and said with gel nail polish it was going to be an extra $10 and I said ok and then she said together it was $37 and she stared at me. I don’t know if this was to see if I would leave or she didn’t believe I could afford it. I have never really had any issues with gel before but one nail peeled off within 2 days and now within a week I have lost 4 complete nail polishes. They peeled completely off in one piece and took some of my nail with them. Never in my many years of getting manicures have I paid that much for a manicure or had the gel come off like this. I will not be back at all and would not recommend them to anyone after I saw that they were rushing people in and out of there while I was sitting there.

I’ve been coming here since 2017 and they do a great job. I don’t go anywhere where else. They have reasonable prices, really kind staff, and I’ve only had my nail break twice out of all the times I’ve been here. Also they do a very nice almond shape. I would recommend coming here. The only down side is that there is a long wait most of the time.
