So I’m a 14 year old girl, I was there with my grandma while she got her nails filled in by the woman, and the woman is lovely and amazing! The man on the other hand is not. There was this sweet old lady there just before Christmas who didn’t know what she wanted and I was helping her pick, and I picked up the thing with all the nail polishes and designs, and he starts yelling at me and saying, “put that down, careful, you’ll break it!” First of all, I’m 14, and he had no right to do that, I was just looking at the designs. If you guys ever go to this salon, don’t get your nails done my him, he is a jerk.

She continued to use the same brush i bled on to dip into the arylic powder for the fill. I most definitely did not have any cuts on my hands before the service. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. Since tomorrow is my birthday and I was in town i thought id get my nails filled.. the lady cut me 3 times, then proceeded to tell me i already had the cuts before i came in as i was bleeding on her equipment. I asked for Gel nails and they said ok then proceeded to give me acrylic..and when I questioned them they didn’t even know what Gel nails were.. should’ve just walked out instead of wasting 40$ on acrylics that are just gonna break.

The man did a HORRIBLE job on my nails!! I was very careful not to touch anything with my nails and I was sure to set very still while they were drying. I sat there TWO extra minutes to ensure my nails were set before I left the salon. See the pictures of the light blue nails (think of baby blue, very light sky blue) just plain painted, no design, to see how awful my manicure ended up…….. I will NEVER go back there. I was very disappointed. Complete waste of time, not to mention I sat there for 2 hours and 45 minutes waiting to have my nails filled and repainted. The “fill-in” didn’t even go to the bottom of my nails, as u can see in the pictures that I posted of the light blue nails…. the nails not only have horrible ugly brown spots and bubbles on them, but the scratch appeared 15 minutes AFTER the manicure was finished and the nails were supposedly DRY. I stuck my hand in my purse to remove my keys to get in my car, and when I pulled my hand out, my nail looked like that… I strongly suggest no one waste their time or money at this salon. Thank you…
