I’ve been here many times they have great pedicures but I wanna cry, actually I did cry as soon as I left. I wish I had the confidence to speak up but they’re absolutely horrific and I’m so upset. I don’t know how you let a client leave like this or think this looks good but it’s so so so so bad. My cuticles are tore up he filed all over the sides of my fingers and everything’s so bumpy so thick. Im really upset

I’m so unhappy with the pedicure I left with this is my first time not tipping for the service performed but the job was done so quick and I feel bad for even having to post a review when the gentleman that did it seemed so nice but my toes look like something I could’ve done myself in a rush. I asked for a super pedicure and got a regular pedicure as well… Not enough coats and I didn’t realize it until I left. Uneven nails stated he took $5 off but I still felt overcharged based off the job he did.

Got a gel fill in And polish change on toes. Would have looked better if I had done my own. Nails were supposed to be a square shape, was oval with a potential to be square. Polish change on toes with 50% original polish painted over with a new polish. He was nice but I don’t think I’ll return.

My regular salon was on vacation so I ended up at Cali nails. Very disappointed. The older gentleman did my nails. I got a pink and white fill. He left acrylic under my nails and he did not file them good. Starting snagging on everything about 3 days later. He never cleaned under my nails. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I just love this place. I have been going there for quite a few years and they take very good care of me. Not once have I had an acrylic nail break. I have been to many other nail salons and within a week, the nails either break or fall off completely. I do not go anywhere else now. I am terrible with names, but the husband and wife team are the best. The husband does my acrylic’s and his wife does my pedicure. Perfect!! I know there has been a lot of negative feedback here and it just makes me think what really happened.
