Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI have been coming here for over the last 5 years on/off. I have paid for pedicures elsewhere and was not as satisfied as I am when to go to this salon. I like that the salon has both males and females performing pedicures. The salon is quaint and one can notice that attempts are made to update displays, lighting and equipment on a regular bases. Location has plenty of parking as location is in a plaza that is easy to access. If you want to experience a high end salon, don’t come here and then write a poor review. The folks at this salon will transform your toes to pretty in a clean, friendly, environment. The salon provides a personal, wholesome and safe experience. Services include 2 or 3 different kinds of pedicures. Eyebrow tattooing and eyebrow and body waxing. And yes nails, gel, designs and custom work. I have been coming here for over the last 5 years on/off. I have paid for pedicures elsewhere and was not as satisfied as I am when to go to this salon. I like that the salon has both males and females performing pedicures. The salon is quaint and one can notice that attempts are made to update displays, lighting and equipment on a regular bases. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAs a service provider in the industry, I was extremely dissatisfied with my service! Upon arriving, I wasn’t greeted, attended to nor asked to choose a color for my pedicure. Once I was finally seated at the station, I was left with The massage chair Off, no water, no bag in the bowl for sanitation, and no nail tech. I’d also like to add that there was one other customer in there aside from my party of three, who was also clearly agitated with her service.After about 10 minutes, the nail tech servicing my grandmother starts to service me instead… and had the tech serving the unhappy guest do my granny’s nails (French pink and white which looked awful in the end).My mom and I got the lavender pedicures and were also not quoted the correct price for additional services (gel).$185 later, and 3 dissatisfactory nails services.I called about 20 minutes later to talk about my experience with the front desk, and they had the audacity to tell me to come back tomorrow so they can tell me the prices in person.If you are looking for a salon with great customer service, technical skill, cleanliness, and integrity… this is not the place for you.As a service provider in the industry, I was extremely dissatisfied with my service! As a service provider in the industry, I was extremely dissatisfied with my service! Upon arriving, I wasn’t greeted, attended to nor asked to choose a color for my pedicure. Once I was finally seated at the station, I was left with The massage chair Off, no water, no bag in the bowl for sanitation, and no nail tech.
